Fishy Michigan Covid-19 Reporting and the Democratic Primary March 10

There is something fishy about the Michigan Governor Whitmer's administration and her handling of Covid, when it mattered most - when it first hit Michigan in March -- was she covering up early numbers to help Joe Biden win the Democratic Primary in Michigan (March 10th)?

In March, the Michigan Covid-19 website declared "Test results will be updated daily; typically by 6 p.m."

Here are some significant snapshots of that website from the Internet Archive's 'Wayback Machine', which stores website snapshots in GMT, 4 hours ahead of Michigan Eastern Timezone:

March 6, 2020 Snapshot 13:53 (GMT) :

March 10 - Democratic primary election day in Michigan:
No update by 6pm as stated would be performed on the website -- an 11pm snapshot (3/11 2:59 GMT) still shows March 9 results:

March 10th: 10:30pm, 2 hours after polls close, and Joe Biden is given Primary Win: Whitmer goes on television in Michigan and declares first cases of Covid:

March 11th, snapshot taken 03:38 (GMT): The Michigan Covid website is finally updated with Positive numbers which should have been shown on March 10th (election day):

Negative: 57, Positive: 2, Pending: 18

On March 10th, election day, why didn't the State of Michigan tell the people of Michigan about the first positive cases of Covid-19, until after the polls closed? Was it so Joe Biden could be elected? Did Whitmer and her cronies suppress information about positive results from the people of Michigan so that they would show up to the polls and vote for Biden? Most importantly-- what exact date and time did the CDC confirm the first positive cases to a Michigan health official? Hopefully some press will ask that question and let us know. Note that 3 weeks after that Primary Election, which the people of Michigan were ignorant of the presence of Covid-19 in their state, Michigan achieved the third highest per-capita Covid-19 death rate in the country, after New York and New Jersey.
